Seems to find familiarity when they grumbled the dissatisfaction of their diva boss. Insults, unkind phrases and sarcastic remarks were the words coming from her and almost raised her voice at bb.
Somehow could relate to those incidents easily, going through such turmoil ain't easy to deal with. This is not to condemn all female bosses, they are usually the hardest creatures to work with. Have to manage their mood swings (especially if they are PMSing), unreasonable expectations and high demands. I think most of us particularly those who are bosses will not be able to accept comments/feedback from employees because they think too mighty of themselves. How many of them will ever understand what Team spirit is and how powerful can be. Unfortunately, not many or may even be none.
I really sympathise these folks and hate to see bb so unhappy at work and dragging herself to out of bed every morning.
Hope that there'll be a permanent solution for them and end the disasater soon.
