Not only the day of the Beijing Olympic Opening but also our Fingers Party Time! After am done with the snr Olympics @ the Kampong, I had to rush and meet Sand at City Hall. Feel like am running from getai to getai. =/
After buying snacks, we had to rush to Wenz place which is @ CLEMENTI! Sand's phone buzzing non-stop cos everyone was hungry and they couldn't start without us. As we start pigging out, our eyes were mostly glued to the television. The spectacular opening choreographed by renown director, Zhang Yimou. Lots of WAH... OOO... NICE... OMG... haa. mostly from Wenz, the pro-china woman.
I must say, am impressed with China's aggressiveness in wanting to show the world what they have and how good they are. The 2008 drumers, the 15,000 dancers, the giantic scroll and the people who rolled on the scroll to paint that picture. KUDOS!
