As I open the car door, a gift box sat nicely on the passenger seat, a belated Casio sports. Spent a few hours catching up with the Mak brothers @ Jurong Point. Bought the 2 lonely boys lunch, toys and assessment books.
Met a new group of friends for another belated b'day celebration. It's a delightful evening catching up with a few of them and cheery converstaions throughout. Especially when we were on the topic of driving centres in S'pore and how someone can be a serious lu chi (someone who doesn't know how to identify directions), XPM proved it. Very candidly and naturally she said "Yalor, don go to Ubi one, very difficult to pass leh. Go learn from the one at Bt Batok, anyway so near mah!" The horrendous look on eveyone's face, we all burst into laughters, simply couldn't believe that she's a extremely serious lu chi.
The conversations ended close to mid-night and headed to bed at 1.30am.
