What has team-building has to do with 2 CAKES! This is actually a cake baking course, with team-building included in it... Gotcha!
I've never baked 2 cakes in 1 DAY in my entire life... Baking cake is no joke, folks. It's damn tiring to bake 2 cakes in a day! Our first was Oreo Cheese Cake, took us 3.5 hrs to bake that. We had to whisk the ingredient and crushed the oreo cookies for the main portion. Then we went on to prepare the base (biscuit) to add on to the better taste of the cheese cake.
After baking, we had to think about the decorations and presentation on team-work. Again, am the one kenna to do the presentation. Spoke about how team-building is important in our daily work and how helpful the group was even I was late. They did not find it a hassle in filling me in with details. How we could learn from each other and team-work helps us speed up the working process, creating a sharing environment.
Truffle is one of the most delcious choclate cake, usually people put in coffee liqueur, dark rum or other liquor on it's sponge to absorb it's flovouring. I baked Truffle with blood, sweat, heart and soul...
We had a very good group of chief instructors to help us with our job and better understanding of the art of baking and decorating. Overall, I think most of us felt that the class was quite good for distressing from work.
